Someone chasing success while completely burnt out or exhausted is a capacity failure.
The problem is not the goal; it’s the ignorance about capacity. The version of you that got you from point A in your life to point B may not be capable of taking you to point C. Every phase demands a new capacity, a new version of you, a new thinking, and new emotional bandwidth, better discipline, a different strategy, planning, and separate standards

Stop Escaping Discomfort
Stop it’s keeping discomfort: stay with the tension, the chaos, and everything that you want to get rid of. Doing the difficult conversation, the uncertainty, the whateves the boredom, sitting with boredom, and being consistent is a strength and slow progress, celebrate Mini milestones, and expect the slope.
Reduce Internal Noise
Reduce external noise: Your nervous system cannot reset and expand while constantly being overstimulated. The endless scrolling, multitasking, doing a job that would ideally need 8 people, consuming information constantly
Build Self-Trust
Built self-trust capacity grows when you consistently do what you said you would do; each small promise you make to yourself matters.
Let Your Identity Evolve
Allow evolution: stop trying to protect the previous version from changing. If life demands re-invention, then reinvent.
